About Us
We created Islington Properties Ltd with the aim of providing a quality lettings, sales, property and block management service at a sensible price. We started out in Islington, but are gradually expanding further afield.
We use the latest technology to give us a competitive edge and ensure we are working as efficiently as possible. Our staff are all highly experienced - they have many years of experience in the industry with a full range of lettings, sales, management, construction, renovation and inventories experience. There isn't much that we haven't seen in relation to London residential property!
Islington Properties Ltd is a member of NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme) and the Property Ombudsman. We are also a member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), the only UK block management association.
We aim to keep costs at a sensible level, consistent with the premium service we provide.
