We currently manage a variety of blocks of flats that vary in size and age across North London. We provide in-depth and thorough services for developers, management companies and landlords, and are able to take over the management of a property within a week of the initial meeting, should all the relevant information be available to us.

Many of the buildings we manage have been inherited from previous managing agents, some in the 11th month of the financial year. We always rectify all major issues with the block and have it running smoothly within three months.
