Inspections

Because we are a local company with a local portfolio, one of our team pops into all our properties on a regular basis.

This might be several times a week when we first take over management of a larger block, and it could drop to a monthly or quarterly visit on smaller blocks once all issues are under control.

We also meet with the directors of the management company, or the freeholder as the case might be, on a regular basis.

This would usually be a quarterly meeting for larger blocks and could be semi-annual for smaller blocks. We can meet at times that are convenient for you, including evenings and weekends.
