Lettings (Landlords)
Our letting service includes a listing of the property on our website and national property search engines, advertising in magazines and marketing to all of our contacts. Our listings are more detailed than the norm, carrying full descriptions and several photos as standard.
As part of our standard letting package, we will arrange referencing through a reputable referencing agency, supply comprehensive tenancy agreements and notices if required, arrange EPC's and gas safety checks, arrange standing orders and provide full contact details to all parties. We will also arrange, if required, inventory reports and schedules of condition on check-in and check-out.
Our standard letting fee is 10% plus VAT and is payable upfront annually on the gross rental income. If tenants enforce their optional break clause (if applicable), pro-rata fees are refunded on the re-let of the property.

Olympic Games 2012
London is hosting the Olympic Games between 27 July – 12 August and the Paralympic Games between August 29 – 9 September 2012.
