Our letting service includes listing of the property on our website, advertising in local and London-wide property magazines, advertising on numerous property search engines and marketing to all of our contacts. Our listings are more detailed than the norm, carrying detailed descriptions, several photos and floor plans as standard.
As part of our standard letting package, we will arrange referencing through a reputable company, supply comprehensive tenancy agreements and notices if required, arrange standing orders and provide full contact details to all parties. We will also arrange, if required, inventory reports and schedules of condition on check-in and check-out.
Our standard sole agent letting fee is 8% (+VAT) and is payable upfront annually on the gross rental income (9% + VAT for multiple agents). Unlike most of our competitors, our renewal fees on subsequent tenancies are reduced to 7% (+VAT). If tenants enforce their optional break clause (if applicable), pro-rata fees are refunded on the re-let of the property.
