To search our wide range of high quality properties please click here. When you have located a property, just click on 'Arrange Viewing' and our lettings team will call you back to arrange a convenient time to take a closer look.
Once you have located a property, we will require two week's rent as a holding deposit, plus the cost of obtaining references, to secure the property. This holding deposit will be deductible from the actual deposit when that is paid. Once satisfactory referencing is completed, a move-in date can be arranged. The contract will then need to be signed and final payment made in cleared funds, equaling:
- One month's rent in advance
- Deposit (equivalent to six weeks' rent)
- Contract preparation fee of £150 plus VAT*
- Referencing fee of £40 per applicant (this is inclusive of VAT), for a standard Tenant reference
* Please note that this fee is payable for each version of the tenancy agreement produced, including renewals and upon change of any tenant.

Olympic Games 2012
London is hosting the Olympic Games between 27 July – 12 August and the Paralympic Games between August 29 – 9 September 2012.
