We believe our property management service goes above and beyond the norm. We handle all standard property management issues including:

• Day-to-day maintenance issues
• Dealing with refurbishing requirements
• Periodic rent collection including full statements
• Efficient handling of rent arrears (if any)
• Six monthly property inspections
• Organising inventory, check-in and check-out reports
• Holding and dealing with Deposits (in accordance with TDSRA where applicable)

We also handle more unusual issues such as preparing HMO applications, liaising with local councils and, should it be required, assisting in preparing court possession forms.

Our standard management fee is 5% (+VAT) of the gross rental income, payable on the same basis as the rent is paid (monthly, quarterly etc).
