Our sales service includes listing the property on our website, advertising in local and London-wide property magazines, advertising on numerous property search engines and marketing to all of our contacts to make your property sell at the best possible price without delay.
Our listings comprise a full detailed description, photos of the entire property and floor plans as standard.
Our aim is to make the process of selling or buying your home as simple and straightforward as possible. We believe communication is the key to preventing any unwanted delays and achieving the smoothest process.
On acceptance of our terms, our sales team will assess your property and forward you a report on how best to present and advertise your property. This will include full marketing details for your approval. Our standard sales fee is 2% (+VAT) and is payable on completion of the sale.
