Our developments range in size from properties with ten units to estates of over 100 units.

We manage a diverse range of property types – from Victorian conversions, listed buildings to new purpose-built developments. We enjoy the variety that this brings to the job. Geographically, our portfolio is concentrated in Islington, Camden and Hackney although we also manage blocks further afield in for example Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Clapham.

Properties we manage tend to come under our care with a variety of issues that generally fall under the broad headings of issues with communication, maintenance or accounts or a combination of all three. We put a lot of time and resources into sorting out these historic issues and getting your building running smoothly, meaning that you can enjoy living in your home.
